Yes, you can! Unfortunately, we currently do not have an automatic solution to this issue. Send a message to help@talentmatch.ai and we will gladly update your account in the backend.

  1. Sign up free and message available candidates or join a hiring event
  2. Refer TalentMatch candidate to your company
  3. Help your company hire the new team member as a Bootcamp-to-Hire™ or Direct Hire
  4. Complete the “Claim My Referral” form.
  5. Complete a 1099 Form that we will send you.
  6. Get paid on the 15th day of the month following the new hire’s start

You are paid on the 15th day of the month following the candidate’s start date. For example, if the candidate you referred starts on January 23rd, your referral will be paid on February 15th.

  • You must be a current employee of the company where the candidate was hired
  • You must have either:
    • Messaged with the candidate on TalentMatch.ai yourself
    • Met candidate via a TalentMatch hiring event proved via registration
    • Be the person who invited your colleague to the TalentMatch.ai platform/event that ultimately hired the candidate

Yes, you choose from a group of 5 candidates to where you have to bring at least 2 onsite.

To start, we have a diverse set of engineers apply through our program online. Our vetting process then tests the engineers on their ability to code specific to their desired role (frontend, fullstack, and backend). Once we have an understanding of their code ability, we then test behavioral aspects such as grit, perseverance, and passion.

You (the company) then fill out our premade forms to assess what skills are most important to your team and mission.
